As a young girl, I loved being in the kitchen with my Nonna’s as they were great cooks. As this passion for cooking became part of who I was I decided to leave the fashion world and became fully involved with the culinary industry. I enrolled myself at Humber College in the Culinary program and graduated with honors and won the Best Young Italian chefs of Canada award.
Later I continued my schooling in Florence Italy at the University of the Arts and graduated that program with honours. It was truly a lifetime experience.
I was recently recognized by the World Association Chef Society.
I’m looking forward to many good things to come in the near future.
